We want you to have an amazing, relaxed, and well-organized experience.
That's why we ask you to read these policies before booking your spot. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to these terms.
Who can participate?
This tour is for adults 18 and older only.
At the start of the tour, we may ask for your ID to verify your age. If a minor attempts to participate, they will not be allowed to join and no refund will be given (no exceptions).
Punctuality
Please arrive on time at the meeting point.
We will wait up to 10 minutes from the start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the tour will begin without you, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
This allows us to respect the group's schedule and the breweries we visit.
Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds
To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit of the tour price is required, as long as the purchase is made more than 7 days in advance; otherwise (7 days or less), full payment is required.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour date.
If the balance isn't paid by the deadline, the spot is automatically released.
We know unexpected things can come up, so our policies are clear:
Cancellation by the participant:
Cancellation with 8+ days notice: The booking deposit is non-refundable. It can be used as credit toward another tour within 3 months, or transferred to another person.
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice or no-shows: No refund, regardless of the amount paid.
Cancellation due to force majeure (health, emergencies): 50% refund (with supporting documentation) or credit toward another tour.
Cancellation by The Beer Trip
If we must cancel or reschedule the tour due to force majeure (weather, operational issues, brewery closures, etc.), you may choose between:
A 100% refund of the amount paid
Rescheduling for another available date.
Responsible consumption
We promote the mindful and responsible enjoyment of craft beer.
If a participant displays inappropriate or aggressive behavior, or puts the group at risk, we may end their participation in the tour with no right to a refund.
Personal responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own health condition, alcohol consumption, and behavior during the tour.
The Beer Trip is not responsible for losses, accidents, or situations resulting from irresponsible alcohol use.
Itinerary changes
The route may be adjusted for operational reasons, while always ensuring the experience maintains its value and quality.
Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
Use of images
During the tour, we may take photos or videos to share the experience on our social media.
By participating, you authorize the use of your image for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly tell us otherwise.
Acceptance
By purchasing your ticket and participating in the tour, you confirm that you have read and accepted these policies.
Terms of use for Gift Cards
The Gift Card is valid for any tour or event whose value is equal to or less than the gifted amount.
If the event's value is lower, the remaining balance can be used toward another tour. It is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
The Gift Card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
To cancel attendance at an event booked with a Gift Card, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance, unless it's a justified case of force majeure. Otherwise, it will be considered used.
